Ivan Gris
Arturo Navarro began consulting for Boost Human in 2018. He has an engineering degree and has worked on management and industrial engineering positions in the manufacturing industry for over 25 years. He is an expert in manufacturing, maintenance, and automation. He immediately saw the applications for Boost Human’s Telepresence and Smart Guides product lines and began steering the projects to improve market fit. Since mid 2019 he lends his expertise as the company’s CEO and director of operations.

Arturo handles the company’s day-to-day operations, including budgeting, planning, and technology direction. Recently, he has appeared as a speaker at manufacturing association meetups, and presents the technology to potential customers in manufacturing, or OEM’s.
Motivation
“I saw this as an excellent opportunity to be part of a technology company focused in enterprise applications. Throughout my career I was usually in a position to make decisions about what new technologies and procedures we could implement to improve our operations. I now have the chance to play a role in creating what I wish I would have been able to acquire in my time as a R&D divisional manager. I like challenges and innovation; here, I found both.”
Previously
Arturo has worked for Philips APM in Juarez & Germany in the division of Equipment Design & Continuous Improvement for Assembly Process in CD & DVD for the Automotive Industry worldwide.
He later joined Lear Corporation as a Divisional Manager for Research and Development on New Technologies.
Arturo also held a position at Emerson Appliance Controls as an Engineering and Maintenance Manager on Automated, Manual and Molding Processes.
He has attended or presented recently at New Tech Expos in Germany 2016, Fab-Tech Expo 2017 & 2018 in the US, and the Tex-Process Expo 2017 in Japan.
